Version 1.1 Effective 1st January 2021
Unless otherwise specified in this policy, the warranty policy below applies to all new products sold by PAVT in Australia or New Zealand
All our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. PAVT reserves the right to make this judgement. Without detracting from these rights or benefits PAVT excludes all liability in respect of the Product for any other loss which is not reasonably foreseeable from a failure of this product, which may include liability for negligence, loss of income, loss of expenditure associated with the Product and loss of enjoyment.
The conditions contained in this warranty are applicable to purchases made within Australia and New Zealand only. They override any international warranty offered by the manufacturer.
Purchases outside of Australia and New Zealand are not covered by this warranty. Any false representation of these conditions either verbal or written from the place of purchase will not be deemed binding.
PAVT acting as the distributor for manufacturers offers this “warranty against defects” if the following conditions are met
