Conditions of Sale
Version 1.2 Effective 1st August 2023
Invoices can be paid by EFT, Cheque, Visa or Mastercard. All cheques to be made payable to the company. Please note a CC surcharge of 1.5% applies to all credit card payments.
No claims will be recognised after 14 days from delivery date. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval.
Freight Damage notification within 24 Hrs of delivery, any claims must be accompanied with High Rez photos of the damage
Back order quantities will be shipped when available.
Buyer is fully liable for all goods supplied but will not pass/receive title/ownership until Production Audio Video Technology Pty Ltd receive PAYMENT in FULL.
Sale or Return
Sale or Return, (SOR), equipment can be supplied for the purpose of customer trial with the view to potentially buying the item further down the path. All items sent on SOR are presumed to be the property of PAVT until returned by the consignee/ customer or invoiced to the consignee/customer.
SOR ‘s are sent to the consignee/customer in good faith and at no cost. Return freight to PAVT is the consignee’s/customer’s responsibility. All items must be returned undamaged in original packaging, packaging must not be damaged, all manuals, and any additional items in the original box must be returned with the item.
Any missing items at time of return will be invoiced to the consignee/customer accordingly.
(It is suggested that the consignee/customer take photos of the item for their files including all its additional components before freighting the item back to PAVT to avoid confusion).
It is the consignee’s/customer responsibility, together with their Sales representative at PAVT to agree upon a time frame of return. Should this time elapse it is the consignee/customer’s responsibility to negotiate a new return date. If a new date has not been set, the item will be invoiced to the consignee/customer at full item cost.
The consignee/customer has the option of buying the item at any time.
By agreeing to and receiving the item from PAVT the consignee/customer is agreeing to these terms and conditions.
Product Returns Policy

Production Audio Video Technology Pty Ltd (PAVT) can accept returns based upon the following Terms and Conditions.
Change of Mind: Products must be returned to our warehouse unopened and fully sealed in its original packaging within 7 days of the order being received. This will not incur a restocking fee. If the product packaging has been broken the buyer will incur a restocking fee of 10% of the total product cost.
Products Returned within 30 Days but less than 90 days (excluding special orders):
All products returned after 7 days but within 30 to 90 days from receipt of order will incur a restocking fee of 10% of the total product cost. Products must be returned to our warehouse unopened and fully sealed in its original packaging.
Products Returned after 90 Days (excluding special orders):
PAVT will not administer a refund on any products returned 90+ days after the order has been delivered.
Special Order Products: Any special order product is ordered with the knowledge that it cannot be returned once the product has left the manufacturer.
Special orders may also constitute a large quantity of a particular item. ie; EAW Weatherproof Speaker, Non-Standard Stock Items Please discuss this with your sales representative at the time of order.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges incurred in connection with the exchange or return of any product are non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for paying the cost of shipping and for the risk of loss or damage to the product during shipping both to and from PAVT.
Return authorization (RMA) No item can be return to PAVT without an RMA. Please obtain one by calling 03 9264 8000 or emailing admin@pavt.com.au
