PAVT will issue a service record outlining work undertaken, parts replaced, and any additional costs..

For companies holding an account with PAVT - Non Warranty repairs will require a Purchase order.

For companies without an account – Non warranty repairs will require payment before repaired unit/s will be returned. 

Units repaired or replaced under warranty will be returned to the customer without charge.

Units that have no fault found during the warranty period will be subject to a diagnostic fee of $75 ext GST.

Some repairs are subject to freight charges (freight)

 Service Charges

  ​     $75 Diagnostic fee charged per item booked in for repair.

                (diagnostic fee not charged for warranty repairs).

                Technician Labour $140 ex GST per hour billed in 15 min blocks @$35 ex GST per block.

                Repaired goods not collected 90 days after invoice generated will be disposed of.
