Please fill out the form below to arrange for service of your product - you will receive an email detailing the return procedure and an Return Authority Number within 72 hours


For Non Warranty repairs - PAVT will issue a service record outlining work undertaken, parts replaced, and costs. A pro forma invoice will also be issued.


For companies holding an account with PAVT - Non warranty repairs will require a Purchase order to be issued before the repaired unit/s will be returned. 

For companies without an account – Non warranty repairs will require payment before repaired unit/s will be returned. 


Units repaired or replaced under warranty will be returned to the customer without charge.

Units that have no fault found during the warranty period may be subject to an inspection and testing fee.
