Service Request Form​

For all products except Powersoft Warranty Claims*, please complete the form below to arrange service for your product. You will receive an email with detailed return instructions and a Return Authority Number within 72 hours.

PAVT will issue a service record outlining work undertaken, parts replaced, and any additional costs.


Non-Warranty Repairs:

  • For account holders with PAVT: A purchase order is required for non-warranty repairs.
  • For non-account holders: Payment is required before repaired units will be returned.


Warranty Repairs:

  • Units repaired or replaced under warranty will be returned to the customer free of charge.
  • Units found to have no fault during the warranty period will incur a diagnostic fee of $75 (excl. GST).

Service Charges:

  • Diagnostic Fee: $75 per item booked in for repair (waived for warranty repairs).
  • Technician Labour: $140 per hour (excl. GST), billed in 15-minute increments at $35 per block.
  • Freight charges may apply for some repairs.
  • Repaired goods not collected within 90 days of invoice issuance will be disposed of.
